Drive Growth in Dental Healthcare Solutions

As a Senior Account Manager, you will lead sales initiatives and expand market presence for dental solutions across the Xiamen region. You'll design and implement targeted sales strategies aligned with broader business goals, focusing on building lasting relationships with key clients and unlocking new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end sales activities, including planning, customer engagement, and market development within the assigned territory
  • Create and execute measurable sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets

Qualifications

  • Graduate with a degree in a medical-related field
  • Minimum of two years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales
  • At least two years of direct sales experience in the dental industry
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with strong ownership and accountability

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first approach

  • Legally authorized to work in the country without employer sponsorship

Work Environment
