Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated Sr. Account Executive to manage and grow client portfolios across New Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida. In this role, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing deals and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales initiatives with a focus on new client acquisition and retention
- Develop tailored strategies to meet business goals and exceed performance targets
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand needs, deliver solutions, and strengthen partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support
- Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights to guide decision-making
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in tech-enabled services
- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics in Delhi NCR
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
