Requirements
- Extensive expertise in SQL Server 2005/2008, T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS, various types of database joins, SQL grouping methods, built-in and user-defined functions, system stored procedures, advanced SQL Server features, systems integration, and production support
- Familiarity with entity-relationship modeling and development using ER diagrams
- Proven experience managing medium to large-scale databases, optimizing query performance, and handling distributed transactions and queries through linked servers
- Skilled in reviewing and modifying complex existing code to uncover and understand underlying business logic
- Adaptable and self-driven, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects effectively
- Strong problem identification and resolution abilities
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated success working collaboratively in a fast-moving team environment
- Capable of independently driving tasks from design through to implementation with minimal supervision
- Experienced in balancing and prioritizing production support duties alongside development and enhancement tasks
- Takes initiative and assumes responsibility for assigned assignments
- Comfortable working in tightly coordinated teams, whether on-site or remotely
- Strong analytical thinking and innovation, with the ability to turn abstract ideas into practical solutions
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities are mandatory
