About the Role

Tidio is hiring a Spring/Summer 2026 Partnerships Digital Intern. In this role, you will support the digital extensions of TED's custom and flagship events, gaining hands-on experience with integrated marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the marketing team in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

What You'll Do

  • Provide day-to-day admin support and maintain existing Airtable records for pipelines, statuses, assets, and scheduling.
  • Support conference registration, build partner event invite lists, and assist planning for on-site activations.
  • Compile post-conference statistics using meaningful data visualization and support recap processes.
  • Support digital and social scheduling, trafficking, publishing, and performance tracking.
  • Produce digital graphics, refresh TED Institute and Salon watch pages, and upload content to TED.com.
  • Support campaigns for custom events and flagship events like TED2026 in April.
  • Support weekly reporting on campaign performance and registration numbers.
  • Pitch in on cross-functional efforts as needed.

  • Eager to learn more about brand storytelling, partnerships strategy, marketing, and event promotion.
  • Comfortable working in collaborative, fast-moving environments.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Airtable or comparable record-keeping and project management software.
  • Experience integrating AI-driven project management tools to streamline workflows and reporting.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Canva.
  • Experience with campaign reporting or performance tracking.

Work Mode
