Fortune Brands is looking for a Customer Service Representative to serve as the Associate Product Consultant and primary point of contact for consumers. In this role, you will be the ‘Voice of Moen,’ handling product, installation, and warranty inquiries while providing exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do
- Handle and resolve a high volume of incoming calls by diagnosing issues and communicating solutions.
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Moen products and procedures.
- Navigate multiple databases and systems to provide timely responses.
- Deliver a consumer experience that drives positive, unsolicited word-of-mouth.
- Take ownership of challenging situations and resolve them with urgency and empathy.
- Consistently meet all required quality, call management, and productivity metrics.
- Perform other duties and special assignments as needed.
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a customer service position.
- Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient PC skills, including navigating multiple screens and systems.
- Must meet internet speed requirements and have a safe, secure workspace.
- Ability to thrive in a work environment with low mobility and high observation.
- Availability for training from March 9, 2026 to April 3, 2026.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and share in all schedule rotations as needed.
Nice to Have
- Call center experience.
- Bi-lingual proficiency in French or Spanish.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams.
