About the Role

Sutherland Global Services is hiring Customer Service Reps/Sports Specialists to join our team supporting a major streaming sports customer. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional service across multiple channels to deliver superior experiences for fans of their digital sports platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Create best-in-class experiences for all fans by demonstrating patience and acknowledging their problems and issues.
  • Educate fans, helping them accomplish tasks like streaming a game or creating a fantasy account, while talking sports.
  • Effectively use all available technology tools and resources to resolve fan inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain a general knowledge of the client’s products and services.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to type 30+ words per minute
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Efficiency in website/digital navigation and interaction
  • Strong knowledge of and passion for sports
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs
  • Must be a resident of Canada and authorized to work in Canada
