SIXT is building leadership careers through our global 1ST GEAR! Management Trainee Program, a 12-month fast-track into a guaranteed leadership role. Based at John Wayne Airport, you'll dive into the operational day-to-day business immediately, gaining hands-on experience across key functions with early responsibility.
What You'll Do
- Take on responsibility early in the program to support operational goals and contribute to team efficiency.
- Gain insights into key business areas such as Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management.
- Work in the operational day-to-day business from day one, getting to know core operations as a Rental Sales Agent.
- Collaborate closely with Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership on the job.
What We're Looking For
- A completed bachelor's degree OR relevant professional experience in Sales, Customer Service, Tourism, Hospitality, or Management.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- A valid driver's license and at least 1 year of driving experience.
- Ability to work and travel within the United States as business needs dictate.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently, solve problems, and take ownership.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of other languages.
Team & Environment
