About the Role
The fellow will engage in immersive leadership training while working within a local Jewish campus community to design programs, build relationships, and support student engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives that foster Jewish identity and community among college students
- Collaborate with local staff to plan and execute educational and social events
- Develop skills in group facilitation, relationship building, and project management
- Engage in ongoing professional development and leadership workshops
- Support outreach efforts to broaden student participation in Jewish life
- Work closely with peers to share best practices and co-create programming
- Participate in regular coaching sessions and performance feedback cycles
- Contribute to the evaluation and assessment of program impact
- Build partnerships with campus organizations and community stakeholders
- Represent the program at public and private gatherings
