Responsibilities
- Assist with buyer and rental showings
- Conduct light inspection reports
- Assist with Open Houses
- Show homes using an electronic lockbox
- Schedule and show homes
Requirements
- Must be a currently licensed real estate agent
- Must have access to the MLS
- Must have experience showing homes in the Salem area
- Must be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox
Compensation
Agents will be paid an average of $34 or more per task with the opportunity to receive a tip for a job well done. You will be paid for each home shown.
Additional Information
- You can earn tips for a job well done
- Often times there are several homes shown to a single client
- Licensed agents will stay with their current brokerage
- Showami is not a real estate brokerage
- In many markets, ability to use an electronic lockbox is required
- If unlicensed, Showami can help with discount real estate licensing classes and referrals to brokerages
