About the Role
The role involves installing, commissioning, and servicing advanced energy storage systems on-site, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Install and commission energy storage units at customer locations
- Perform routine maintenance and system diagnostics
- Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and remotely
- Ensure all fieldwork complies with safety and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams to relay field feedback
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Respond to urgent service requests in a timely manner
- Configure system settings according to site requirements
- Train clients on basic system operations and safety protocols
- Monitor system performance post-installation
- Escalate complex technical problems to senior engineers
- Adhere to company procedures for equipment handling and site conduct
- Support project delivery timelines through reliable field execution
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve integration challenges
- Follow up on warranty and service-related inquiries
Nice to Have
- Experience with lithium-ion battery systems
- Knowledge of SCADA or remote monitoring platforms
