The Sportsbook Experience Executive plays a key role in maintaining the performance and reliability of a live sports betting platform. You'll oversee daily operations during your shift, ensuring events are correctly displayed, accessible, and up to date for customers at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage live sportsbook content, including event availability, pricing accuracy, and feature placements
- Update and maintain homepage elements such as promotions, featured matches, and dynamic carousels
- Respond immediately to real-time changes—including team updates, odds adjustments, or technical errors
- Investigate and resolve settlement discrepancies in coordination with external providers
- Support customer-facing teams with complex sportsbook-related inquiries
- Monitor ongoing incidents and take decisive action to reduce customer impact
- Collaborate with Trading, Product, and technology partners to address issues efficiently
- Identify problems proactively and drive solutions without waiting for direction
- Contribute to improving internal workflows and operational standards over time
What You’ll Bring
- Current residence in Gibraltar or eligibility to work there
- Availability to work five out of seven days each week
- Commitment to in-office work for at least four days weekly once office operations resume
