What You'll Do
Oversee the live sportsbook during your shift, ensuring events are correctly displayed and accessible to customers. You’ll manage content on the homepage, including featured markets and promotional boosts, keeping the experience fresh and relevant.
Respond swiftly to real-time developments such as team updates, odds adjustments, or technical errors. You’ll monitor live incidents and take decisive action to reduce customer impact, while coordinating with Trading, Product, and external partners to resolve issues efficiently.
Investigate discrepancies in event outcomes and work with providers to settle disputes. You’ll also assist Player Support with complex queries, ensuring customers receive accurate and timely resolutions. Proactively identify operational gaps and contribute to improving workflows and processes.
Requirements
You must be based in Gibraltar or eligible to work there. You thrive in environments where conditions change rapidly and are able to stay focused under pressure. Exceptional attention to detail is essential—you notice inconsistencies others might overlook.
You’re highly organised, capable of managing multiple priorities without losing clarity. You act decisively without waiting for direction and consistently put the customer first. You’re naturally curious, always seeking to understand how things work and how they can be improved. A commercial mindset helps you prioritise what truly matters for the business and the user.
Benefits
After three years of service, you’ll receive two additional days of annual leave, growing to 30 days per year after five years. You’ll have access to flexible working arrangements with full support for a home office setup, enabling you to perform at your best remotely.
The team gathers quarterly for social events, fostering connection and celebrating achievements. You’ll be expected to work five days each week, with flexibility aligned to the sporting calendar. While remote at first, you’ll transition to working at least four days per week on-site once the office is operational.
