About the Role

Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments for children and adults
- Develop and implement customized therapy plans based on client needs
- Provide remote treatment for communication and swallowing disorders
- Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely client documentation
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Support early intervention, school-aged, and adult populations
- Deliver services in both English and Spanish
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and privacy standards
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
- Use teletherapy platforms to conduct secure sessions
- Respond to client and family inquiries promptly
- Assist in onboarding new clients to the therapy process
- Coordinate scheduling with families and support staff
- Follow ethical and professional guidelines in practice
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives
- Adapt materials for cultural and linguistic relevance
- Support clients with developmental delays and acquired disorders
- Contribute to program evaluation and reporting
- Uphold client confidentiality in all communications
