About the Role
This role supports clients in designing personalized vacation plans by coordinating travel details, managing bookings, and providing timely updates in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with selecting travel destinations based on preferences and budgets
- Coordinate flight, accommodation, and activity bookings
- Communicate travel itineraries and updates clearly and promptly
- Respond to client inquiries via email and phone
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer preferences
- Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts or booking changes
- Provide recommendations for local experiences and attractions
- Ensure all travel documents are organized and delivered
- Monitor travel advisories and notify affected clients
- Collaborate with vendors to confirm availability and services
- Support last-minute travel adjustments due to unforeseen circumstances
- Follow up with clients before, during, and after trips
- Escalate complex issues to senior coordinators when needed
- Use booking software to manage reservations efficiently
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
- Stay updated on travel trends and destination changes
- Assist in preparing pre-travel orientation materials
- Track booking deadlines and payment schedules
- Help resolve billing discrepancies with finance team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and travel regulations
