Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients located in Arkansas
- Assess client concerns, symptoms, history, and treatment needs
- Create and maintain individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing therapy using appropriate clinical approaches
- Help clients build coping skills and work toward realistic goals
- Complete session notes, assessments, and documentation on time
- Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA standards
- Use telehealth and EHR systems to manage care and records
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Active and unrestricted LPC license in Arkansas
- Previous experience providing therapy or counseling services
- Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting
