Responsibilities
- Manage clean energy projects from the site field office in Rockford, IL
- Focus on field coordination and production, safety, and quality compliance
- Conduct safety planning for all field operations and activities along a busy road right away, rock boring, environmental hazards, and fire hazard
- Personnel management, including setting production goals, safety goals and quality goals
- Identify resources needed, including personnel and equipment for job sites
- Manage and update the work schedule
- Contribute to monthly cost to complete projects and advise the Project Manager
- Report weekly quantities completed and accurately reported
- Coordinate all equipment acquisitions through Procurement Department
- Review progress and performance weekly with the Project Manager
