Collegium Pharmaceutical is hiring an ADHD Specialist for our Specialty Pharma Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales objectives by developing and executing territory-specific strategies to drive product utilization. You’ll represent our ADHD portfolio, building relationships and navigating the local market dynamics.
What You'll Do
- Achieve territory sales goals and targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Apply resources like call activity, speaker programs, and payer access tools against the best business opportunities, tracking impact and adjusting plans.
- Utilize different modes of communication—face-to-face, virtual, or phone—to engage healthcare providers and their staff.
- Analyze the market to understand local dynamics and execute plans aligned with business trends.
- Develop and execute territory business plans and call plans that meet local and national objectives.
- Keep current on the local and national payer access environment to identify pull-through opportunities.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the disease state, treatment approaches, competition, and our products.
- Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to help remove barriers to access.
- Participate in industry meetings, conventions, and exhibits to build relationships and brand awareness.
- Leverage a structured selling model to build a call continuum over time and gain customer commitment.
- Take ownership by actively seeking out challenges and resolving problems.
- Set high personal and group goals and work tenaciously to meet or exceed them.
- Use business tools to evaluate data and apply strategic thinking to build plans that drive performance.
- Ensure the customer perspective is a driving force behind business decisions.
- Use appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of products and ideas.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 2-4 years of pharmaceutical sales or equivalent life sciences sales experience.
- Strong account-based selling skills with demonstrated success in prior sales roles.
- Working knowledge of strategies and tactics to pull-through local formulary wins.
- A valid driver’s license and insurability.
Nice to Have
- Experience in specialty sales, particularly in neuroscience, psychiatry, or ADHD/pediatric psychiatry.
- Understanding of the prior authorization process and experience with manufacturer-sponsored market access support programs.
Benefits & Compensation
- Target compensation: $115,000—$145,000 USD.
