CenterWell Pharmacy, a Humana company, is looking for a Specialty Operations Pharmacy Technician 2 to join our team. In this role, you will support Pharmacists in Specialty Rx medication preparation by dispensing these medications, performing varied operational tasks, and contributing to a team focused on optimizing patient health outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Support Pharmacists in Specialty Rx medication preparation by dispensing Specialty Rx medications.
- Perform varied activities and moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer support assignments.
- Contact physicians for prescriptions clarification.
- Enter prescription orders into the system.
- Ensure adherence to Specialty Rx specific operational processes and programs developed to optimize health outcomes, including effective communication with patients and providers.
What We're Looking For
- An active license with the Board of Pharmacy in the appropriate state.
- Certified Pharmacy Technician.
