About the Role

Pharmacosmos Therapeutics Inc. is hiring a Specialty Account Representative to drive sales growth in the hematology/oncology market. You will manage complex accounts, build strategic relationships with key thought leaders, and apply your deep understanding of sites of care, including community oncology and IDNs.

What You'll Do

  • Meet or exceed all territory sales objectives.
  • Achieve sales goals by preparing and executing territory business plans, implementing marketing strategies, and using approved resources with stakeholders.
  • Maintain and expand your customer base through relationship building and identifying new opportunities.
  • Implement national and regional sales initiatives.
  • Apply our selling process effectively to different customer needs.
  • Exercise sound judgement, demonstrate self-awareness, and make appropriate decisions.
  • Maintain a high level of proficiency in our products, market dynamics, disease states, and competitive products.
  • Execute effective account management using knowledge of buy and bill, GPO contracting, and distribution channels.
  • Demonstrate business acumen by gathering and analyzing information to make informed decisions.
  • Systematically evaluate and prioritize business opportunities aligned with corporate goals.
  • Collaborate with internal partners in Marketing, Training, Market Access, Strategy and Operations, and Medical Affairs.
  • Take initiative on projects and participate in meetings and task forces.
  • Proactively seek ways to improve your performance and develop professionally.
  • Stay current and compliant with all Corporate Policies and government regulations.
  • Adhere strictly to administrative requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • A BS/BA degree is required.
  • A minimum of 6 years of current pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of specialty pharmaceutical experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of account-based selling and experience selling an infusion (buy and bill) product.
  • Proven sales success in Hematology/Oncology and hospital accounts or various sites of care.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and expand relationships with key stakeholders across complex accounts.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen.
  • A documented track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 30% of the time.

Nice to Have

  • Direct experience with buy-and-bill processes in the Hematology/Oncology market.
  • Product launch experience.

Team & Environment

You will report to a Regional Sales Director and collaborate within and across functional areas including Marketing, Training, Market Access, Strategy and Operations, and Medical Affairs.

This is a local-country role based in the USA.
