About the Role

The ALDO Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. You will coordinate full-cycle recruiting to support our business, ensuring an excellent experience for every candidate.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate full-cycle recruiting by partnering with Corporate and Field team members.
  • Review applications, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews.
  • Gather information from candidates to make informed recommendations for recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Provide interview information and updates to hiring managers.
  • Provide administrative support preparing job postings for publication.
  • Assist with hiring events as needed.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience by communicating consistently, providing feedback, and managing expectations.

What We're Looking For

  • You are at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
  • You have 1 or more years of HR support experience.
  • You have 0 to 2 years of recruiting support experience.
  • You can demonstrate computer proficiency and technical aptitude with Microsoft products.
  • You can demonstrate proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • You can demonstrate problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • You are able to maintain confidentiality in all matters.
  • You are comfortable spending time speaking on the phone daily.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
