As a Specialist III in Talent Acquisition, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of clinical staffing by managing student intern and international nurse placements at the facility level. You'll work closely with nursing schools, regional leaders, and facility administrators to ensure smooth onboarding and placement cycles each month.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate monthly placement schedules for students in nursing and technician programs, as well as global nurses, ensuring alignment across facilities
- Collaborate with school administrators to execute new training agreements and increase student internship submissions
- Identify roadblocks in the placement process and partner with operations leaders to develop practical solutions
- Lead regular communication with stakeholders through scheduled calls, follow-up recaps, and status updates
- Analyze program performance using data to inform strategy and identify areas for improvement
- Escalate critical issues to leadership and propose actionable recommendations to improve market outcomes
- Drive process enhancements by proactively identifying inefficiencies and working with managers to implement changes
Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, with strong working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Proven ability to interpret data to assess performance and resolve challenges
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when engaging senior leaders and external partners
- Demonstrated ability to build trust, foster collaboration, and influence change across teams
- Effective time management with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines
- Capacity to independently manage multiple programs and deliver results
