Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is looking for a Specialist, Engineering Services to join our team in Gurugram, HR. You will play a pivotal role in driving project success, taking ownership of small projects while supporting major ones. What You'll Do

• Take ownership of small projects and provide support to major ones.
• Manage the organizational structure for each project, ensuring streamlined reporting, communication, and working procedures.
• Attend project meetings and create project-related reports, analyses, and reviews.
• Forecast project expenditure and ensure effective management of project budgets.
• Maintain strong and positive client relationships by identifying their needs, requirements, and constraints.
• Balance client interests with JLL's business needs and identify opportunities to introduce clients to other JLL business lines.
• Manage project revenue and payment cycles to avoid bad debt.
• Manage professional consultants for project design and documentation.
• Carry out contract administration of all vendors professionally and in accordance with legal requirements.
• Identify project risks and implement measures to mitigate them.
• Maintain a strong focus on health & safety and sustainability.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in any property-related discipline.
• At least three years of experience in design, construction, or project management.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to forecast project expenditure and manage budgets.
• Ability to engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
• Driven to succeed and achieve challenging goals.
• Structured and organized approach to work.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Team & Environment

You will work closely with either the project manager or the senior project manager (or both), collaborating with people of different ranks and responsibilities.

Work Mode

This is an onsite position based in Gurugram, HR.
