Nordex SE is hiring a Special Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) to support daily operational activities in the Major Correctives area within our Global Service team.
What You'll Do
- Create and manage Improvement Actions within the Services department, ensuring adherence to a ZERO accident policy.
- Plan and monitor major corrective measures.
- Detect needs and opportunities for improvements within the major corrective measures area to maintain company Know How and Nordex tool support.
- Coordinate all involved parties, including cranes, personnel, HSE, logistics, and engineering, prior to the start of a major repair up tower.
- Report on completed work using the company's O&M Management System and ensure all required documentation is compliant.
- Support the preparation of service offers for customers.
- Flexibly support different projects across the various countries where Nordex operates.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, Excel, Macros, and Power BI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with other departments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- A highly motivated professional with a passion for driving business objectives.
