Nordex SE is hiring a Special Operations Coordinator

The Special Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in managing high-impact corrective actions across international service sites. This position ensures that all major repair and improvement initiatives are executed safely, on time, and in full compliance with company and regulatory standards. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to assess operational risks, implement corrective measures, and leverage data analytics for continuous improvement. As a key liaison within the Global Service team, the coordinator supports operational excellence by driving accountability, maintaining detailed records in the O&M Management System, and contributing to a culture of safety and sustainability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee Improvement Actions in the Services department to uphold a ZERO accident policy
  • Plan and track major corrective measures to ensure timely and safe execution
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in corrective operations while maintaining organizational knowledge and integrating company tools
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders including logistics, engineering, HSE, and crane teams before initiating major repair activities
  • Document and report completed work in the O&M Management System, ensuring full compliance with required standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Macros, and Power BI
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities
