Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Speaking Customer Support professional to join our team supporting a high-end luxury brand retail department. You will be the direct interface for our discerning clientele, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand's premium standards and values.
What You'll Do
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat for high-end luxury clients
- Assist clients with inquiries about products, orders, and services in a professional manner
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our support system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our luxury product range and brand values
- Gather customer feedback to help improve service delivery
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on trends in high-end retail
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
- Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter
- Prior experience in customer support, particularly in the luxury or retail sector
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and customer expectations
- Ability to handle inquiries with patience and professionalism
- Comfortable using customer service software and tools
- Passion for luxury products and customer care
