Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Spanish-Speaking Remote Assistance professional to provide exceptional support to Mercedes-Benz customers. You will work from a home office in Greece, assisting clients in Spanish with vehicle features, maintenance, and service inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction and foster loyalty.
What You'll Do
- Deliver remote customer assistance in Spanish via phone, email, and chat for Mercedes-Benz clients.
- Address inquiries regarding vehicle specifications, service appointments, and maintenance-related questions.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfactory outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage complex customer inquiries.
- Collect customer feedback to drive improvements in service offerings.
- Stay updated on Mercedes-Benz vehicles and service enhancements to provide accurate information.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on effective problem resolution.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a remote work setting efficiently.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- A genuine interest in automobiles and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

- Prior experience in customer service, especially within the automotive or luxury market.
