What You'll Do

Assist Spanish-speaking customers through multiple channels including chat, email, and phone with their online shopping inquiries.
Offer detailed product information, tailored recommendations, and guidance during the purchasing process.
Address inquiries related to order status, returns, and exchanges in a professional manner.
Understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions to enhance the shopping experience.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, offers, and promotions to give accurate recommendations.
Maintain precise documentation of customer interactions to ensure thorough follow-up and record-keeping.
Collaborate closely with team members and departments to resolve issues and improve service quality.

What We're Looking For

Fluency in Spanish and English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in customer service, ideally within an online retail or e-commerce setting.
Strong interest in e-commerce and familiarity with online shopping trends.
