Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Spanish Speaking Hospitality Service Consultant to deliver exceptional service to Spanish-speaking clients in the hospitality industry. You will be the primary point of contact, resolving inquiries and ensuring a smooth, positive experience.
What You'll Do
- Assist Spanish-speaking clients with inquiries via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Provide detailed information about hospitality services, responding to client questions and concerns.
- Resolve client issues efficiently and effectively, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Document client interactions and service requests accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and issue resolution.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on hospitality trends and service offerings.
- Contribute to enhancing overall client experience by gathering feedback and suggesting improvements.

- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
