Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Spanish Speaking Gaming Community Support Agent. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to Spanish-speaking gamers through various communication channels, foster a positive community atmosphere, and relay player feedback to the development team.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional support to Spanish-speaking gamers through various communication channels, including chat, email, and forums.
- Assist players with inquiries about games, accounts, and gameplay with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Monitor community interactions to ensure a positive atmosphere and address any user concerns or disputes.
- Engage and build relationships within the gaming community by sharing helpful content and updates.
- Collect and document player feedback to relay insights to the development team for enhancements.
- Stay informed on the latest gaming trends and releases to provide informed assistance.
- Collaborate with other support agents to share knowledge and improve service quality.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- A genuine passion for gaming and familiarity with popular games and platforms.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with gamers.
- Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive support approach.
- Comfortable with various communication tools and platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and positively contribute to the gaming community.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in customer support or community management is advantageous.
