In this remote role, you will be a crucial point of contact, helping clients navigate their healthcare journey and ensuring a positive service experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding online pharmacy and telemedicine services.
- Assist customers with inquiries about medication orders, prescriptions, and telehealth appointments.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate information is provided to clients.
- Stay updated on pharmacy products, services, and telemedicine capabilities to offer informed assistance.
- Encourage a supportive environment by educating clients about available healthcare resources.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service roles.
