Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Spanish Speaking Customer Support specialist to provide support to clients inquiring about consumer electronics repair and warranty services. You will act as the primary contact, assisting with troubleshooting, claims, and resolution for Spanish-speaking customers.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients inquiring about electronic repairs and warranties.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting electronic devices and processing warranty claims.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the customer management system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to follow up on repair statuses and provide updates to customers.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, repair processes, and warranty policies to assist customers accurately.
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvements and enhance customer experiences.

- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service.
