Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service professional to provide exceptional support and assistance to social media clients in their native language. You will engage with customers from diverse backgrounds to deliver outstanding service.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to social media clients in Spanish.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Assist customers with technical issues related to social media platforms and escalate as needed.
- Collaborate with the social media team to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to handle complex customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
- Proficient in using various social media platforms and modern communication tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in shifts to accommodate the needs of the business.
