Roamly is looking for a Spanish Bilingual Insurance Service Agent to be a front-line resource for our adventurous community. In this role, you will educate customers on RV insurance and help them manage their policy needs while working remotely.
What You'll Do
- Effectively multitask while taking customer calls and handling email correspondence regarding billing, payments, renewals, and cancellations in both English and Spanish.
- Process incoming policy change requests from customers.
- Review policy coverages and issue certificates of insurance, evidence of insurance, or binders.
- Retain customers by overcoming objections to cancellation and providing effective solutions.
- Upsell ancillary products like roadside assistance, tire & wheel protection, and pet insurance.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and transfer new business leads to the sales team.
What We're Looking For
- A Property and Casualty License is required.
- Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
- Excitement for change and being part of the evolution of a brand.
- Mastery of managing workload effectively, often handling competing priorities and high-volume tasks.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to providing the best possible service, approaching every interaction with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Proficient working knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office products.
Nice to Have
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in property and casualty insurance (Broker, Captive, or Carrier) is preferred.
