Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain global workspace standards, updating them to reflect evolving business and design needs.
- Collaborate with project teams and external partners to guide architectural planning and branding integration during space fit-outs.
- Produce conceptual test-fit layouts to evaluate space feasibility and support business case approvals.
- Work closely with space management teams to ensure accurate digital representation of facilities in enterprise platforms.
- Advise internal teams on best practices in space utilization, workplace design, and layout efficiency.
- Review compliance with established standards and recommend enhancements based on performance data and feedback.
- Document processes, standards, and updates, ensuring clear communication across departments.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for space planning, design development, and documentation.
- Background in interior design, architecture, or facilities planning with practical application in corporate environments.
- Experience conducting space test-fits and optimizing layouts to meet organizational requirements.
- Knowledge of integrating CAD outputs into space management or room booking systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders and influence decisions.
- Familiarity with resolving space allocation or reservation system challenges.
- Understanding of workplace design principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Preferred Background
- Degree in interior design, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience managing workspace standards across multiple international locations.
- Working knowledge of space management platforms such as Eptura or equivalent systems.
Tools and Technology
