Groupe Clarins is looking for a Spa Practitioner for a 12-month fixed-term contract at our boutique in Paris. You will serve as a brand ambassador, providing excellent customer service and memorable spa experiences to build lasting client trust.
What You'll Do
- Act as an ambassador for the Clarins brand and its unique character.
- Provide excellent customer service and a memorable in-cabinet experience.
- Listen to and understand client concerns and perform beauty treatments confidentially.
- Know the product range and treatment services to suggest product combinations.
- Offer all required spa protocols and services as per the retail location.
- Know and manage your clientele and activate your network as an ambassador.
- Contribute to commercial performance and ensure operational excellence.
- Apply Clarins presentation standards and master retail processes and tools.
- Ensure the attractiveness of the retail location.
What We're Looking For
- At least a CAP Esthétique diploma.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the beauty and/or sales sector.
- Experience in cabin treatments.
- Excellent sales and cross-selling skills.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Clarins products.
- Knowledge of English or another language.

This is an onsite position based at our boutique in Paris, France (rue Babylone, 75007).
