Ryder Transportation Solutions, LLC is looking for a Sourcing Center Recruiter to own the full life-cycle recruitment of contractors, from initial sourcing through onboarding. You will administer recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully staffed and maintain critical relationships with internal partners.
What You'll Do
- Administer defined external and internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited.
- Develop and manage relationships with the Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment teammates.
- Provide recruitment updates and inform the management team of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
- Execute recruitment strategies including advertising methods, job fairs, and remote recruitment techniques.
- Maintain recruitment materials and keep the management team informed of progress and issues.
- Meet Customer Satisfaction objectives by achieving full recruitment for all assigned accounts.
- Complete contractor hiring administrative processes and onboard new contractors.
What We're Looking For
- H.S. Diploma/GED.
- 2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) at an Intermediate level.
