We are seeking a Channel Operations and Performance Specialist to support the Regional Channel Manager B2B & Installer Eastern Europe in driving operational excellence and market expansion across Eastern European territories. In this role, you will evaluate performance metrics, coordinate strategic initiatives, and ensure seamless execution of partnership programs and sales activities across B2B and Installer channels. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service teams to enhance interdepartmental cooperation, refine operational tools, and support data-driven strategic decision-making.
