Life360 is looking for a Solutions Engineering Manager for Australia and New Zealand. You will be responsible for hiring, mentoring, and developing Solutions Engineers in their pre-sales and account management roles. This remote-first position involves leading the team to achieve revenue targets, support sales efforts, and ensure excellence in customer engagements.
What You'll Do
- Lead the Solutions Engineering team, reinforcing sales methodology, best practices, and proper CRM system use.
- Provide ongoing mentorship on technical and non-technical pre-sales techniques for securing new clients and managing customers.
- Continually assess and develop the technical capabilities of each team member.
- Provide performance reviews, assess skill sets, handle personal issues, and provide development opportunities.
- Support Sales Representatives and Solutions Engineering teams with sales campaigns and customer management to achieve revenue targets.
- Deliver sales presentations, present technical product information, conduct product demonstrations, and execute Proof of Value events.
What We're Looking For
- Proven ability to communicate effectively in presentations in person, via telephone, and through remote conferencing with executive-level customers, direct reports, and leadership.
- Background of successfully selling land and expand deals to Strategic Accounts.
- Ability to teach ways to identify new and existing opportunities through consultative selling methodologies.
- A history of successfully leading a technical pre-sales team that drives target attainment.
- Must be able to lead a team and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual quota requirements.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent AND 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
- You live in Sydney or Melbourne.
