TD SYNNEX is looking for a Solutions Engineer to support our rapidly expanding business across North America. In this role, you'll partner with Account Executives to engage new prospects and existing customers in large enterprise and mid-market segments, serving as a technical and strategic advisor.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Account Executives to drive technical discovery, solution design, and technical validation during the sales cycle.
- Conduct compelling product demos, presentations, and proof-of-concepts tailored to security, IT, and executive stakeholders.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable solutions.
- Support RFP/RFI responses, technical questionnaires, and architecture reviews.
- Advise existing customers on best practices, optimization, and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing adoption.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Participate in C-level executive briefings and presentations.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales / Solutions Engineering, ideally within a Cybersecurity or enterprise software company.
- Strong understanding of modern security architectures for endpoint, network and data loss prevention, including Zero Trust frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead technical conversations with enterprise-level CISOs, architects, and security engineers.
- Experience running or supporting proof-of-value projects (POVs/POCs).
- Ability to clearly present technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and consultative skills.
- Advanced understanding of ROI concepts, Comparative Analysis, and Market Trends.
- Ability to make sound decisions/respond on the fly.
- Ability to apply knowledge, skills and abilities to support design, proof of concept, staging and configuration, and implementation of complex solutions.
