EvenUp is hiring a Solutions Engineer to serve as the critical link between our strategic customers, Sales team, and Product/Engineering organization. You will be responsible for proving technical feasibility and value during the sales process, designing custom solutions for our largest clients, and overcoming the complex technical hurdles that block revenue.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary technical expert throughout the sales process, leading technical deep dives, security and compliance reviews, and proofs-of-concept.
- Design, architect, and present detailed integration strategies for key customers, involving complex data migration and API connectivity with legal practice management systems.
- Partner closely with Product to translate customer technical requirements into actionable product feedback, influencing the roadmap for enterprise readiness.
- Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, presentations, and customized demo environments to articulate platform value and technical flow.
- Proactively identify and address recurring technical obstacles in the sales process, driving internal initiatives to improve efficiency and scale pre-sales efforts.
- Travel up to 50% of the time.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting role.
- Deep functional understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, data integration patterns, and security best practices (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA/PII handling).
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and executive audiences.
- A proven track record of managing and closing large, complex technical deals and coordinating cross-functional resources effectively.

- Experience at a B2B SaaS company selling into the enterprise.
