Cribl is looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our team in Germany. In this role, you will be a critical part of the sales process, helping customers understand the value of our data solutions and guiding them from initial interest to successful implementation. You'll work collaboratively to ensure our technology meets customer needs.
What You'll Do
- Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
- Demo the product and answer customer questions during initial sales calls.
- Support customers during proof of concept sessions.
- Document interesting use cases in blog posts and contribute to our ecosystem developing packs and content.
- Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to remote work across time zones.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security.
- Background in Sales Engineering, Professional Services or Consulting Services.
- Experience working with multiple operating systems, with proficiency with Linux a must.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript and Regex.
- Ability to travel up to 40% mostly across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
- You live in Germany.
- Fluent speaking and written skills in English and German.
- Experience working remotely.
