Responsibilities
- Lead and document client discovery meetings to identify business goals and intended results
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive and technical stakeholders by demonstrating deep product expertise and conveying market insights to support new sales opportunities
- Articulate a forward-looking vision for the client's operations, aligning it with required capabilities
- Deliver customized product demonstrations that address specific client needs and potential improvement areas
- Support the sales team with demo guidance, feature explanations, scripts, checklists, and training tools to enhance team effectiveness
- Apply ongoing internal training and competitive analysis to maintain up-to-date knowledge
- Analyze industry segments, functional departments, and the unique challenges of key buyer personas in the target market
- Build a collection of client success narratives to help customers advocate for the solution
- Report on progress and manage expectations, escalating issues when necessary for resolution
- Ensure timely and thorough transition of implementation details to the Customer Experience team
- Create a personal development plan focused on advancing technical and consultative skills
