Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Salesforce CRM environments
- Configure custom objects, fields, workflows, and automation tools
- Support user onboarding, training, and ongoing technical assistance
- Troubleshoot system issues and respond to support tickets
- Collaborate with business analysts to refine processes
- Maintain user access controls and security settings
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Create and manage reports and dashboards
- Implement validation rules and process builders
- Enforce data governance and data quality standards
- Lead Salesforce change management procedures
- Document system configurations and operational procedures
- Assist with integration testing for connected systems
- Manage sandbox environments and deployment pipelines
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and features
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Salesforce Field Service
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Exposure to Salesforce DevOps tools
- Background in manufacturing or industrial distribution
