Responsibilities
- Handle daily management of assigned client accounts, including communication, policy adjustments, renewals, payment processing, and claims support.
- Discover, assess, and grow personal insurance opportunities with both new and current clients using in-person, digital, phone, and written channels.
- Operate and maintain the agency's computer system used for managing client and policy data.
- Stay current on industry developments and market trends to proactively meet client needs.
- Engage in active sales closure tailored to individual client requirements.
- Conduct all activities with awareness of business performance and financial impact to the organization.
