About the Role
This role focuses on managing the final stages of transaction processing, ensuring all requirements are met accurately and on schedule while serving as a point of contact for internal and external parties involved in the closing cycle.
Responsibilities
- Verify completeness and accuracy of closing documents
- Communicate with clients and partners in both Spanish and English
- Track progress of pending closings across multiple systems
- Resolve discrepancies in transaction records
- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards
- Update records in internal databases promptly
- Coordinate with underwriting and funding teams
- Escalate complex issues following defined protocols
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive transaction data
- Respond to inquiries from stakeholders within service standards
- Prepare closing summaries for internal review
- Follow up on missing documentation from third parties
- Support process improvements to reduce closing cycle time
- Participate in testing updates to operational tools
- Assist with training new team members
- Monitor performance metrics related to closing accuracy
- Adhere to established workflows and escalation paths
- Facilitate smooth handoffs between departments
- Identify recurring issues and suggest corrective actions
- Maintain consistent communication with cross-functional teams
