About the Role

This position combines technical knowledge with client collaboration to guide organizations through solution deployment and optimization, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering measurable outcomes through hands-on support and strategic guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand operational workflows and identify opportunities for technology integration
  • Lead the configuration and setup of systems to meet specific business requirements
  • Translate customer needs into actionable technical solutions using platform capabilities
  • Guide clients through implementation timelines and key milestones
  • Provide expertise during proof-of-concept and pilot phases
  • Develop training materials and lead sessions for end users and administrators
  • Work alongside sales teams to demonstrate solution value during pre-contract stages
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges during deployment
  • Ensure data accuracy and proper system integration with existing infrastructure
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Coordinate with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback
  • Support change management by helping teams adapt to new tools and processes
  • Document configurations, workflows, and best practices
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all levels
  • Drive adoption by measuring usage and identifying areas for improvement
  • Assist in resolving post-deployment issues in collaboration with support teams
  • Deliver regular status updates and success metrics to customers
  • Use data insights to recommend optimizations and expanded use cases
  • Ensure customer goals are met through ongoing evaluation and support
