About the Role
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and supporting IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and resolving technical challenges across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts promptly
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Support end-user computing devices and network connectivity
- Maintain server infrastructure and ensure system availability
- Perform regular system updates and security patches
- Document technical procedures and troubleshooting steps
- Collaborate with team members on incident resolution
- Assist in onboarding new users and provisioning accounts
- Manage access controls and user permissions
- Support backup and disaster recovery operations
- Troubleshoot email and collaboration platform issues
- Deploy and configure workstations and laptops
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and licenses
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams
- Ensure compliance with security policies and standards
- Participate in after-hours maintenance when required
- Respond to service tickets in a timely manner
- Assist with cloud-based service integrations
- Support remote access solutions for distributed teams
- Conduct routine system audits and performance checks
- Provide technical guidance to non-technical staff
- Implement monitoring tools for proactive issue detection
- Work with vendors to resolve service disruptions
- Maintain accurate records of system changes
- Assist in planning for system upgrades and migrations
