Responsibilities
- Deliver customized product demonstrations and best practice workshops aligned with target customer profiles, highlighting platform capabilities for compliance, risk, and leadership teams.
- Manage enterprise trial programs and proof-of-concept initiatives, ensuring technical execution, user adoption, and clear demonstration of business impact.
- Provide technical sales support for new client acquisition and expansion opportunities across the customer lifecycle.
- Analyze and map intricate customer processes, especially for key accounts, to show deep engagement and shape solution positioning.
- Conduct discovery discussions to uncover challenges related to compliance, operations, and regulatory adherence.
- Convert technical features into tangible business outcomes, communicating effectively with both technical and executive audiences.
- Develop and share standardized approaches for product demonstrations with commercial teams.
- Stay current with product functionality, API documentation, and technical specifications to address prospect inquiries and support sales conversations.
- Build and oversee implementation strategies tailored to individual enterprise clients' compliance and technical goals.
- Innovatively address integration obstacles to strengthen platform adoption within clients' risk and compliance ecosystems.
- Prepare responses to RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires, differentiating the solution from competing offerings.
- Serve as the technical liaison for strategic partners, supporting integrations, joint solutions, and co-selling efforts.
- Partner with Product and Intelligence teams to refine blockchain analysis use cases based on client needs.
- Work with the Research team to transform data insights into accessible messaging for sales and marketing use.
- Collaborate with policy experts to assess local regulatory landscapes relevant to prospective clients.
