Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients, potential customers, and internal teams to assess clinical processes, challenges, and objectives
- Convert insights from healthcare workflows into well-structured product requirement documents that guide solution development
- Align urgent client demands with long-term platform growth to ensure solutions are both effective and sustainable
- Record key findings and share knowledge internally to strengthen team performance
- Develop and test solutions using the Canvas SDK, demonstrating proficiency in event-driven architecture, handlers, and effects
- Work closely with engineering staff to build prototypes that highlight platform functionality
- Assess whether to deliver solutions within current SDK limits or push for broader platform improvements
- Develop standardized solution templates and guides to speed up future project rollouts
- Coordinate with sales, customer success, implementation, engineering, and product departments to align delivery and feedback processes
- Translate between operational needs and technical execution to advance solution deployment
- Monitor and report quality indicators such as demo-to-production transition rates, SDK usage, and customer input to guide improvements
- Learn through observation of experienced team members while gradually taking on simpler projects independently

What Success Looks Like at 90 Days
- Take ownership of key solution lifecycle components, including writing PRDs and delivering SDK-based prototypes without supervision
- Effectively translate 3 to 5 customer engagements into functional solutions using the Canvas platform
- Recognize and document at least two opportunities for platform enhancements that support scalable delivery
- Establish productive working relationships across go-to-market operations and engineering teams
Growth Path
- Within the first 6 to 12 months, assume responsibility for major parts of the solution lifecycle from initial discovery through prototype delivery. Top performers advance to senior roles leading small teams, shaping delivery strategies, and expanding platform capabilities
- This position provides a strategic avenue to shape both immediate customer value delivery and long-term scalability of the platform in response to evolving healthcare automation needs
