Rillet is looking for a Solutions Consultant to help us transition to our next company phase by working directly with our CEO, GTM, and Product teams. You will help prospects evaluate Rillet as their next ERP system. As an early member of the GTM team, you will build strategies, test hypotheses, and lay the foundation for Rillet's go-to-market motion.
What You'll Do
- Remove technical objections by addressing all prospect questions, understanding their business requirements and technology stack, and articulating Rillet's integration and process improvements.
- Perform sales demonstrations by setting up sandbox environments, tailoring data to showcase specific use cases, and delivering high-impact, adaptable demos.
- Execute relentlessly by providing front-line prospect feedback to founders and product teams in real-time, experimenting with different demo styles, writing thoughtful follow-ups, and becoming a highly responsive advisor.
- Represent Rillet by applying high customer empathy and structured problem-solving to ensure every prospect interaction is delightful, marketing to users with high finance and accounting proficiency.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of industry accounting experience in areas like revenue recognition, month-end close, and multi-entity consolidation.
- 2+ years supporting the sales cycle with implementation and/or customer support for accounting or financial solutions.
- Knowledge of the ecosystem of tools used in the office of the CFO.
- Excellent communication skills, able to make complex concepts easy to understand and to write and speak conversationally.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a high attention to detail.

- CPA certification or having started your career in audit.
