EY is hiring a Solutions Architect for ServiceNow to work within a team of technologists, delivering exceptional ServiceNow platform experiences to clients. In this role, you will define technical scope, design solutions, and provide technical leadership throughout engagements.
What You'll Do
- Define scope and provide technical advisory services to help clients implement their ServiceNow program of work.
- Understand client requirements and identify feasible systems solutions, while developing architectural documentation and ServiceNow roadmaps.
- Create and maintain platform implementation roadmaps and provide hands-on support using detailed design and implementation approaches for projects.
- Demonstrate technical and product leadership on ServiceNow engagements.
- Collaborate with a team of technical and functional analysts, solution architects, and service delivery managers to deliver outstanding ServiceNow solutions to clients.
What We're Looking For
- The ability to architecturally and technically define solutions that fit clients' business problems.
- At least four years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including solution design and implementation, and a fundamental understanding of key technologies.
- A foundational understanding of key technologies related to ServiceNow integration solutions (e.g., SSO, SAML, SSL protocols, SOAP and REST web services, LDAP, JDBC/ODBC connectivity); good knowledge of the Common Service Data Model v3.0 framework; and an understanding of common programming languages.
- A strong attention to detail, solid problem-solving skills, and the ability to think outside the box.
- The ability to build strong, authentic relationships with business and technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- The ability to manage your time and acquire skills autonomously while contributing to enriching the team's skills.
