Incedo is seeking a Solutions Architect to join our team as a Senior Technical Lead - Network. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our clients' network infrastructure, ensuring its availability, reliability, and security. Your expertise will be critical in monitoring performance, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing robust security controls.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement network infrastructure solutions for clients.
- Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot network performance and issues.
- Implement and manage network security measures including firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
- Provide technical support for network-related issues and manage network access controls.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless network integration and functionality.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations and changes.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing mentorship and guidance for career development.
- Foster a collaborative, supportive work environment that promotes open communication and teamwork.
What We're Looking For
- 8-10 years of relevant work experience in network infrastructure.
- A B.Tech, B.E, M.Tech, or MCA degree from a reputed university; a computer science background is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, and routing protocols.
- Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting network devices: switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as Nagios, PRTG, or SolarWinds.
- A solid understanding of network security concepts like VPNs and intrusion detection systems.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team to achieve organizational goals.
